LTK Engineering Services recently announced Michael Long will retire, ending his 12-year run at LTK and 40-year transit-rail industry career.
A specialist in transit-rail project design and construction management, Long most recently served as LTK’s director of systems engineering.
Prior to LTK, he was vice president at construction firm O’Brien Kreitzberg and construction manager for the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority’s Green Line project. Long also served stints as VP of Kaiser Engineers, systems integration manager for Bay Area Rapid Transit extensions and chief engineer-transportation for Morrison Knudsen Engineers.
