Tucker takes on GETS' global sales

On Aug. 5, General Electric Transportation Systems (GETS) announced David Tucker had been appointed vice president of global sales and has been serving in that capacity since June.
Since joining GETS in 1977, Tucker has served in various positions in such areas as product service, service and maintenance, marketing and field sales, business development and customer service.
He most recently served as general manager of global service operation — a position he assumed in 1996 after serving as general manager, Americas locomotive marketing, sales and service operation.
