Union Switch & Signal appoints Borman CFO

On Dec. 19, Union Switch & Signal Inc. (US&S) named John "Jack" Borman chief financial officer, and vice president of finance and administration.
He most recently served contractor Dick Corp. as senior vice president and CFO. From 1988 to 2002, Borman served national engineering and contracting firm Eichleay Holdings Inc. as VP of finance and CFO. Prior to 1988, he served Schneider Group of Cos. and Deloitte & Touche L.L.P. in various financial positions.
"Jack comes to US&S with a distinguished career in finance, with significant experience in project- and engineering-based organizations," said US&S President and Chief Executive Officer Ken Burk in a prepared statement.
