VIA Rail Canada appoints Mallory, Sergieh to its board

Stephen Mallory and Hind Sergieh have been appointed to VIA Rail Canada Inc.'s board for a three-year term.
Mallory is the founder, president and chief executive officer of Directors Global, an enterprise risk management advisory firm and commercial insurance brokerage. He has spent the past 30 years in the risk and insurance industry, Transport Canada officials said in a prepared statement.
Sergieh is founder and president of Groupe Sergieh, a market research and consulting firm that specializes in the Arabian Gulf region. She has held number of leadership positions in international firms, and worked in project management, recruitment, and business strategies and development roles.
