VIA Rail appoints Fraser as director

Transport Canada recently named Paul Fraser to the VIA Rail Canada Inc. board.

A senior partner in the Vancouver office of Fraser Milner Casgrain L.L.P., Fraser currently is a board member for the University of Winnipeg Foundation and the Canadian Chapter of the International Commission of Jurists. He also serves on the advisory board of the Canada-United States Law Institute.
