Yesterday, Wabtec Corp. announced shareholders re-elected three board members to three-year terms at the company's annual meeting in Pittsburgh.
Stockholders re-elected Emilio Fernandez, Wabtec vice chairman; Lee Foster II, chairman of L.B. Foster Co.; and James Napier, former chairman of Scientific Atlanta Inc.
Wabtec supplies various components and provides aftermarket services for locomotives, and freight and passenger cars.
