Watco assigns three execs to HR positions

Watco Cos. L.L.C. recently named Rob McDaniel senior vice president of human resources. He most recently was director of human resources.
McDaniel has more than 10 years of human resources experience, including stints as manager for service operations for Administaff, general manager for Renaissance Mark and a consultant for Intellitec.
Watco also named Eddie Arredondo III VP of human resources-mechanical services. Since joining Watco in 2007, he “has been instrumental in leading the development of the HR function to greater focus on people development,” Watco officials said in a prepared statement. Arredondo previously held various HR positions at Federal Express.
In addition, Watco named Lisa White human resources manager for the Gulf Region. She most recently was VP of human resource operations for RTI International Metals Inc., which she served for 10 years. White has 17 years of HR experience, including stints as human resource manager for Jindal Steel and worker’s compensation/HSE manager for Bridgestone.
