On Monday, Hollis Walker Jr. began serving as Wilbur Smith Associates' new president.
He most recently served ARCADIS as executive vice president, following stints as senior VP for transportation operations for ARCADIS predecessor Piedmont Olsen Hensley and president of Kimley Horn and Assocs.' systems division.
A registered professional engineer in 13 states, Walker has authored a number of transportation industry papers.
The consulting firm provides transportation, infrastructure and community development planning and engineering services.
