NMC Railway Systems CSL30K Hi-Rail Swingloader

NMC Railway Systems is proud to introduce the CSL30K Swingloader to the hi-rail product line. The Swingloader is designed to provide maximum on-rail productivity while threading or maintaining rail.

Equipped with a 180 degree swing boom, the loader arm allows for heavy lifting capacity for on and off track maintenance-of-way applications. Powered by the Cat® C6.6 Acert engine, the Swingloader has the capacity to pull rail cars, provide hydraulic tool capabilities and move on and off track seamlessly. Additionally, the Swingloader can be used like a Wheel Loader with the Fusion coupler for Cat Work Tools.

As one of the primary products for rail maintenance-of-way applications, the Swingloader also offers increased user functionality with a configurable display, camera system and travel alarm for audible notifications.

• Track travel speeds of up to 32mph allow for decreased time spent relocating equipment to difficult track locations
• Ability to couple to any Cat Fusion attachment or a rail threader provides increased rail maintenance performance
• Friction drive hi-rail system increases the productivity of the machine and crew working on rail maintenance projects.
• Auxiliary hydraulic tool valve and hose reel to run additional 5/10 GPM hydraulic tools
