- 1. Once logged in to the site, click the account icon on the top right.
- 2. Click on the my account option. Next, scroll to the bottom and click change password. Fill out the updated password information and click update my info.
Can I get a copy of my receipt?
- You will automatically receive your receipt via email; look for confirmation from i_email@etradepress.com in your inbox; the merchant name will be listed as "Trade Press Media Group" on your credit card statement. You may also email education@tradepress.com to obtain a copy of your receipt.
