Union Pacific's Jalali: 'Creating value for our customers drives our technological advances'

Rahul Jalali, senior vice president-information technologies and chief information officer for Union Pacific Railroad, delivered the summit’s keynote: “Creating Value for Our Customers Drives Our Technological Advances.”
It's a topic Jalali holds dear. When he's discussing value creation for customers that's driven by technology, he is "evangelizing not just for UP, but on behalf of the entire railroad industry," he told the audience.
