CN's senior manager of IT service performance operations Sophie Bacchi recently sat down with Progressive Railroading's Associate Editor Grace Renderman to discuss her role at the Class I and how Bacchi incorporates female empowerment at her job.
Bacchi has been a member of the Girl Guides group in Canada for more than 20 years, and she said she uses that inspiration in her job every day.
Last month, Progressive Railroading held a virtual celebration that recognized 39-year-old Bacchi as one of this year’s 25 Rising Stars of the North American rail industry.
