FECR promotes Stevens to VP-engineering post

Florida East Coast Railway L.L.C. (FECR) recently promoted Robert Stevens from chief engineer to vice president and chief engineering officer. He will report to Chief Executive Officer James Hertwig.

Stevens joined FECR in 2007 as general director of roadway maintenance. He has more than 35 years of rail industry experience, including stints with Conrail and CSX Transportation. His previous job titles include director of programs, director of engineering and assistant chief engineer.
