Delaware & Hudson, UTU reach tentative yardmaster contract

Delaware & Hudson Railway Co. and United Transportation Union Aug. 28 reached a tentative agreement covering yardmasters, according to a National Mediation Board statement.


Details of the agreement, which NMB expects UTU members to ratify by Oct. 1, weren't disclosed.


Delaware & Hudson Railway is a subsidiary of Canadian Pacific Railway.
