BNSF Railway Co. recently received Best Buy Co. Inc.'s Quality Partnership Award, which recognizes a carrier’s on-time performance, technology, equipment condition, customer service, account management and special needs assistance.
The only railroad to obtain the honor, BNSF provides Best Buy intermodal service in conjunction with the retailer’s truckload carriers and third-party logistics providers.
“As a relatively new service provider to Best Buy, we are honored to be recognized as a vital link in their supply chain,” said Steve Branscum, BNSF group vice president, consumer products, in a prepared statement.
