ALSTOM Transport recently agreed to sell its Australian and New Zealand operations to maintenance and facility management service provider United Group Ltd. for $201.5 million.
ALSTOM could receive an additional $22.6 million depending on the operations’ financial performance. Expected to close in July, the agreement is subject to various conditions.
