ARINC Inc. recently opened an office in Pittsburgh that will help support the firm’s security and surface transportation projects.
Employees at the new office will organize resources from other ARINC locations throughout the country to coordinate security operations efforts, and help manage communications, passenger information, control and security systems the company is developing for customers.
“[The] office will provide our customers with expanded system integration services and support, and give us better access to prospects nationwide,” said Dennis Lengyel, ARINC’s vice president of surface transportation and security systems, in a prepared statement.
ARINC develops and operates communications and information processing systems for the surface transportation, aviation and defense industries, as well as airports and the government.
