The Rail Transportation Division of American Society of Mechanical
Engineers (ASME) is offering two $2,000 college scholarships for the 2001/2002 academic year.
To be eligible, a student must be a railroad industry employee, or the spouse, son, daughter, grandson or granddaughter of a railroad industry employee; plan to attend and study mechanical engineering or mechanical engineering technology at an accredited college; and demonstrate a desire to pursue a railroad-related career.
