American Welding Society releases updated car, locomotive spec

American Welding Society recently released the 2001 edition of its D15.1 specification, "Railroad Welding Specification — Cars and Locomotives," which Association of American Railroads requires railroads to conform to in many locomotive and rail-car manufacturing and repairing applications.
