Amtrak marks a decade of Seattle-to-Vancouver Cascades service

Amtrak recently marked the 10th anniversary of its Cascades service between Seattle and Vancouver, British Columbia. Last year, 153,395 passengers used the service.

The line is part of the Pacific Northwest Rail Corridor, which runs 466 miles from Eugene, Ore., to Vancouver. Amtrak provides intercity rail service in partnership with the states of Washington and Oregon.
