Amtrak overhauls Michigan station

Amtrak recently reopened a renovated and expanded station in Bangor, Mich., along the Pere Marquette line, which provides service to and from Chicago.
Amtrak rebuilt the station’s waiting room and platform. The $500,000 project was funded by the Michigan Department of Transportation, and private and city monies.
