Yesterday, Arkansas and Missouri Railroad Co. (A&M) announced several changes to its corporate management team.

Jim Seratt was named general manager of marketing and transload services. He will be responsible for guiding the short line’s marketing efforts, industrial development opportunities and customer service initiatives. Previously Seratt was the railroad’s general superintendent.

Mark Bonnell was appointed director of transload sales and he will be responsible for furthering A&M’s “market penetration” in that sector, according to a prepared statement.

Randy Campbell was named superintendent of railroad operations. He will assume overall responsibility for daily train operations. Previously Campbell was A&M’s Fort Smith Terminal manager.

In addition, Michael Estep was named Fort Smith Terminal manager and Larry Rouse was appointed track superintendent. Rouse, who will be responsible for maintenance of company tracks, bridges and other infrastructure, previously held management positions for the Wisconsin Central Railway and CN.
