The Central Arkansas Transit Authority (CAT) recently began construction on the second phase of the River Rail Streetcar Line.

Scheduled to be complete in November, the 0.9-mile, three-station extension will provide service to the William Jefferson Clinton Presidential Library and Heifer International headquarters.

CAT opened the 2.5-mile River Rail line in November 2004. Vintage trolleys operate between the cities of Little Rock and North Little Rock.
