BNSF honors OmniTRAX subsidiary's lift-securing success

OmniTRAX Inc. subsidiary Quality Terminal Services (QTS) recently received Burlington Northern Santa Fe's Golden IBC Award, which recognizes a service partner's lift-securement efforts.
Last year, QTS completed 820,000 lifts at its Cicero, Ill., and Alliance, Texas, facilities, and "had the highest success rate of any operator that BNSF has," said Doug Smith, OmniTRAX executive vice president of logistics, in a prepared statement.
This year, QTS expects to complete 2 million lifts for BNSF.
The Class I has honored QTS with a securement award four times during the past three years.
