BNSF to be featured on Green Magazine Television

Green Magazine Television, a new television series featuring ecology- and energy-conscious companies and organizations, recently announced that BNSF Railway Co. will be featured in its 2010-2011 season.
The series showcases some of the newest and greenest technologies being used today. BNSF uses “advanced digital and satellite technology to manage one of the most efficient transportation systems in the world,” according to a Green Magazine Television press release. The series will feature BNSF as an integral part of the future of transportation by highlighting how shipping goods by rail reduces congestion and pollution while saving energy.
The series is scheduled to air as paid programming on The Discovery Channel and The Learning Channel.
