Balfour Beatty appoints Wathen as head of North American operations

Balfour Beatty Group (North America) recently named David Wathen president and chief executive officer.
Wathen most recently served Eaton Corp. as senior vice president and group executive, and was a partner and principal of a Detroit-based private equity fund.
He previously held various senior positions at General Electric Co., Emerson Electric Co. and Allied Signal Corp.
