CN, Canadian traffic-controllers union green-light tentative three-year deal

Canadian National Railway Co. March 28 reached a tentative three-year agreement with Rail Canada Traffic Controllers (RCTC), which represents 250 CN train dispatchers.
If ratified by RCTC members, the agreement would be retroactive to Jan. 1, 2001, and increase wages and benefits. Terms weren't disclosed.
