Canadian Pacific Railway recently earned DaimlerChrysler Corp.'s top transportation excellence award for the third-straight year.
The DaimlerChrysler Gold Award, which recognizes a carrier that provides quality day-to-day delivery of parts and finished vehicles, will be formally presented to the railroad Dec. 5.
"CPR has demonstrated the ability to partner with us in pursuit of significant improvements in cost, quality and delivery time," said DaimlerChrysler Director of Logistics Edward Sprock in a prepared statement.
