On June 23, CSX Intermodal began providing enhanced service between Baltimore and Portsmouth, Va., and several midwestern markets.
CSXI now offers shippers direct routing via Cleveland three days per week and shorter transit times (by several days) to some cities.
Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, CSXI plans to provide service between Baltimore and Portsmouth, and East St. Louis, Ill., and Kansas City, Mo.
