CSXT assigns Brown, Arko to new VP posts

CSX Transportation has named Cressie Brown vice president of service design and advanced technology to succeed Alan Blumenfeld, who is retiring. A 22-year CSXT veteran, Cressie Brown will report to Executive VP and Chief Operating Officer David Brown.
Most recently assistant VP of customer service operations, Cressie Brown has served in various service design leadership roles. She now will be responsible for service planning, operations research, network planning and joint facilities, and advanced engineering.
CSXT also named Susan Arko AVP of customer service operations to succeed Cressie Brown. Arko will report to VP and Chief Transportation Officer Cindy Sanborn.
