CSXT to open West Virginia dispatching center in August

By late summer, CSX Transportation plans to open a new dispatching center at its division headquarters in Huntington, W.Va. The center would be manned by about 80 train dispatchers.
CSXT is spending about $4.5 million to build the dispatching center, which will be completed in late May. The Class I expects operations to begin in August.
