Canadian National Railway Co. Aug. 28 announced that Rail Canada Traffic Controllers (RCTC) union members ratified a new three-year agreement, which increases wages and benefits retroactive to Jan. 1, 2001, for 250 dispatchers.

With the RCTC pact in hand, CN now has completed negotiations with its Canadian unionized employees.
