CenterPoint Properties lands first tenant for NS-served logistics park

Yesterday, CenterPoint Properties announced Coastal Logistics Group Inc. signed a long-term lease for a 320,000-square-foot facility at CenterPoint Intermodal Center-Savannah, a Norfolk Southern Railway-served logistics park to be built in Georgia.
Coastal Logistics is the first build-to-suit tenant for the 233-acre intermodal center, which will be located near the Georgia Port Authority’s Savannah facility, NS’ Dillard Intermodal Yard, and Interstates 95 and 16, according to CenterPoint Properties. The developer plans to immediately begin constructing the intermodal park.
