Coors Brewing recognizes NS for improving transit times

Norfolk Southern Corp. was recently named Coors Brewing Co.'s 2002 Transportation Supplier of the Year.



NS reduced transit times for inbound and outbound insulated rail cars moving to distribution centers from Coors' Shenandoah, Va., plant by more than 30 percent, said Don Seale, NS senior vice president, merchandise marketing in a prepared statement.
