Decision '03: ACACSO elects officers

The Association of Car Accounting & Car Services Officers (ACACSO) recently elected the following officers to serve one-year terms, beginning Nov. 14:
• Mike Partica, Canadian National Railway Co., was elected president and chairperson;
• Garry Neumann, Minnesota, Dakota & Western Railway, first vice president;
• Armando Torres, TFM S.A. de C.V., second vice president; and
• J.D. Pavek, The Greenbrier Cos., past president.
