Developer Koar Wilshire Western L.L.C. recently broke ground on a $160 million joint development project near the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority’s Wilshire/Western Station on the Red Line.
Scheduled to open in 2008, the project includes a 22-story building on a 2.6-acre site in the Koreatown/Wilshire Center community. The building will include 186 condominium units, 40,000 square feet of commercial/retail space, common public areas and a subterranean parking garage.
