advertisement
E.H. Reeves & Associates Inc. recently merged with ImageMap Inc., creating a combined company (ImageMap Inc.) that plans to continue operating a Columbia, S.C., corporate office and technical center while maintaining a Chicago office, according to a prepared statement.
ImageMap & E.H. Reeves, which operated as sister companies for the past six years, provide track-infrastructure and wheel-measurement systems, primarily to railroads worldwide.
ImageMap plans to continue developing and supplying rail-related measurement products, such as Laserail™ and WheelSpec™ (previously produced by E.H. Reeves), as well as RailMap™ (for steel-rolling mills), TireMap™ (for automotive and truck tire suppliers) and Digiscan™ (for the worldwide automotive aftermarket).
Edwin Reeves, who founded E.H. Reeves 14 years ago, plans to continue serving as technical consultant to ImageMap, and David Ford, as general manager of the Columbia merged-operations center.
Meanwhile, Roger Tracy, who most recently served as E.H. Reeves executive vice president, will serve as ImageMap Inc. president. He previously served as president of Pandrol Jackson and Pandrol North America.
ImageMap's investors include Denny Bozic, past president of Tamper Corp. (now owned by Harsco Track Technologies) and Daniel Donahue, previous owner of Jackson Jordan and chairman of Pandrol Jackson (also now part of Harsco).
