The U.S. Department of Transportation recently appointed Clifford Eby deputy administrator for the Federal Railroad Administration. He will be responsible for the administration’s day-to-day operations and financial assistance programs.
Most recently senior vice president for Parsons Corp., Eby previously held finance, business development, operations, strategic planning and technology executive management positions at the engineering and construction firm. Prior to Parsons, he served as director of finance and statistics for the Association of American Railroads, and civil engineer on the Northeast Corridor Improvement Project.
