Evans becomes Iowa Interstate's VP of sales, marketing

Iowa Interstate Railroad Ltd. recently promoted Carrie Evans from assistant vice president of sales and marketing to VP of sales and marketing.
She joined the regional in January 1998 as a marketing coordinator.
“Her knowledge and diligence in building customer relationships has progressively driven her career path and responsibilities within the sales and marketing department,” Iowa Interstate officials said in a prepared statement.
The regional operates more than 500 miles of track between Council Bluffs, Iowa, and Chicago, and a corridor connecting to Peoria, Ill.
