The Federal Railroad Administration and American Short Line and Regional Railroad Association (ASLRRA) are offering a short-line safety seminar Aug. 10-12 at the Marina Hotel at the ports of Los Angeles and San Pedro in San Pedro, Calif.
Hosted by The Pacific Harbor Line Inc. (PHL), the seminar includes classroom sessions on such topics as track standards, operating practices, remote-control locomotives and security issues, as well as field exercises at PHL's facility.
