GATX Corp.’s three-company, 20,000 rail-car European leasing operation now will operate under a common name: GATX Rail Europe.

Formerly known as the KVG Kesselwagen Vermietgesellschaft m.b.H companies, they’re now called GATX Rail Austria GmbH and GATX Rail Germany GmbH. The former DEC Sp. Z o.o. is now GATX Rail Poland Sp. Z o.o.

“With our unified structure and common market identity, we will be positioned to best use our expertise to continue to provide our customers with the quality tank wagons and service they expect from GATX,” said GATX Rail Europe Chief Executive Officer Johannes Mansbart in a prepared statement.
