advertisement
CSX Corp. recently named Nathan Goldman and David Bowling general counsels. The appointments stem from a planned reorganization of the Class I’s law department into two teams that’s set to occur April 1.
Goldman will lead one team as general counsel-corporate and transportation law and Bowling will head the other as general counsel-transactions and insurance. Both will report to Senior Vice President of Law and Public Affairs Ellen Fitzsimmons.
Since he joined CSX in 2003 as general counsel-business, Goldman has assumed various responsibilities, including corporate governance. Most recently general counsel-tax and insurance, Bowling joined a CSX predecessor in 1973.
