Greater Cleveland RTA introduces refurbished light-rail vehicles

Earlier this week, Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority rolled out the first of 28 light-rail vehicles being rebuilt from the wheels up.

The rehabilitated cars feature on-board Global Positioning Satellite navigation, improved seating, radio surround sound and new exterior graphics.
