Greater Cleveland RTA's ridership, on-time performance rise in 2006's first half

Results are in for the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority’s second-quarter report card, which shows ridership and on-time performance are heading in the right direction.

During 2006’s first half, ridership increased 1.3 percent and on-time performance improved to 82 percent compared with 77 percent in 2005’s first half.
