Haselwood takes helm as TRANSFLO's president; Vogl joins KCS in VP role

CSX Corp. recently named Jon Haselwood president of its TRANSFLO subsidiary. He will report to Vice President of Emerging Markets Fredrik Eliasson and be responsible for strengthening relationships with TRANSFLO's customers, as well as improving the bulk commodity transloading subsidiary's competitiveness in the marketplace.
Haselwood previously held several positions of increasing responsibility within CSX's sales and marketing department, most recently as director of the phosphate & fertilizer markets.
Meanwhile, Kansas City Southern appointed Douglas Vogl vice president of audit and enterprise risk management. He will report to KCS Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Michael Upchurch.
Vogl previously served PricewaterhouseCoopers in various capacities the past 10 years, including such responsibilities as leading and developing the firm's internal audit and consulting practice. Prior to that, he worked in FedEx's information technology division.
