'Heavy Haul' conference/exhibit coming to Rio in June '05

The International Heavy Haul Association has scheduled the 8th International Heavy Haul Conference and Exhibition for June 16-18, 2005, at the Riocentro complex in Rio de Janeiro.
To be held for the first time in South America, the conference will focus on safety, the environment and productivity. Brazilian railroad Companhia Vale do Rio Doce will serve as the host company for the event, which is held every four years. The association expects about 1,000 people to attend.
