KCS adds two vice presidents to staff

Kansas City Southern Railway Oct. 2 named Jerry Heavin vice president, engineering, and Paul Weyandt, vice president and treasurer.
Heavin most recently served as president of Trax Engineering; prior to Trax, he served Union Pacific Railroad as general superintendent of transportation.
Weyandt recently acted as a consultant to GE Capital Corp.'s Structured Finance Group after spending 23 years with Burlington Northern Santa Fe — last serving as assistant vice president, finance and assistant treasurer.
