The Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (Metro) has received three more unsolicited proposals for projects that would be funded by the agency's Nov. 8 ballot measure.

The latest proposals brings the total number to eight, L.A. Metro officials said in a press release.

Kiewit-AECOM submitted a proposal for creating a public-private partnership model to deliver the West Santa Ana Rail project more quickly than originally anticipated.

The other two proposals involve establishing public-private partnerships for the Sepulveda Pass project, which could include high-capacity transit between the Orange Line Van Nuys bus rapid transit station on Van Nuys Boulevard and the Purple Line subway extension's Wilshire/Westwood Station.

One of the Sepulveda Pass proposals was submitted by Parsons, while the other came from a consortium led by HDR.

Earlier this month, L.A. Metro announced that it received three unsolicited proposals aimed at accelerating projects that would be funded by the Measure M ballot initiative.
