advertisement
The Maryland Transit Administration (MTA) now is accepting public comments on the Red Line Corridor Transit Study's Alternatives Analysis and Draft Environmental Impact Statement.
The agency is considering transit options — including light rail and bus rapid transit — for a 14-mile, east-west corridor between Woodlawn and the Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Campus. The studies outline the project's purpose, analyze various alternatives and address environmental concerns. MTA will accept public comments until Jan. 5, 2009.
