McFalls to help drive BNSF's diversity efforts

Burlington Northern Santa Fe recently named Ed McFalls assistant vice president, human resources and diversity, effective March 3.
Since 1997, McFalls has served as director of human resource operations for Coors Brewing Co., where he led a number of initiatives aimed at enhancing talent and establishing reward/recognition programs.
Prior to Coors, McFalls served in various human-resource management positions with U.S. Robotics, U.S. West Communications and Northwestern Bell.
"With his background, Ed will be able to more closely connect our company-wide diversity efforts with our 'leadership transformation' initiative to help us accomplish our goal of building diverse, high-performing teams," said Gloria Zamora, BNSF vice president of human resources, in a prepared statement.
